Catering recruitment specialists Adkins and Cheurfi have pledged their support for Wearside and County Durham communities by announcing their Charity of the Year. The Sunderland-based firm, which supplies high calibre catering professional to businesses across the North, has chosen Sunderland AFC charity Foundation of Light to benefit from their annual fundraising efforts. Foundation of Light is one of the leading football foundations in the country, running a broad range of life-changing initiatives to communities in the North East.
