Little Dribblers is a fun introduction to football for 18 months to 5 years and an ideal choice for parents who want to give their children a healthy and active start in life.
Football is at the heart of what we do.
For over 20 years we have been delivering football programmes across Sunderland, South Tyneside and County Durham helping tens of thousands of children and adults enjoy the game and live a healthier lifestyle.
We have lots of opportunities to get involved in the beautiful game, so no matter what your age or standard, there's something for you at the Foundation.
Little Skills is for children aged 5 to 7 years and familiarises children with the building block techniques of football, such as dribbling, passing, receiving and shooting.
From aged 8, players are encouraged to take the next step into Game Play. This reinforces technique through match-like games where youngsters can apply their football and decision-making skills in more challenging situations.
Weetabix Wildcats Football Centre, run in partnership with the FA, gives girls aged 5-11 regular opportunities to play football and take part in organised sessions in a fun and engaging environment.
Designed for 7-11 year olds, our UEFA and FA qualified coaches are highly experienced in delivering position specific coaching courses for youngsters.
Each session is delivered with an emphasis on improving technical aspects and put into pressure situations.
