Niall Quinn urges community to support Together Through Sport campaign
Showing his support for the campaign, the former Black Cats player, manager, and chairman said: “Sport should be for every child, not just the lucky few."
Foundation of Light’s annual golf day is set to return to Ramside Hall in 2026, promising an above par day of friendly competition, fundraising and networking, proudly sponsored by MGH Offshore.
This year’s event carries extra significance as Sunderland AFC’s official charity celebrates its 25th anniversary, making it a perfect opportunity to come together and mark a milestone year.
Taking place on Thursday 18 June, teams will tee off on Ramside’s Cathedral Course, an 18-hole Championship course offering stunning views of Durham Cathedral and holes inspired by Augusta National.
Four-ball entry is priced at £480 per team, with a shotgun start at 10am and Stableford scoring ensuring a competitive round for all abilities.
After play, teams will return to the clubhouse for a BBQ lunch, followed by a prize-giving ceremony and fundraising activities, all in support of Foundation of Light’s work to inspire, educate, and support communities across the North East.
