Foundation of Light named Sunderland Law Society Charity of the Year
Foundation of Light is delighted to have been chosen as Sunderland Law Society’s charity partner for 2026.
As part of the Holiday Activities and Food initiative (HAF), Foundation of Light are hosting football camps for 13-17-year-olds this summer.
Hosted at Sunderland College's Bede Campus, youngsters will take part in a day of football activities between 10am to 3pm with a free dinner.
Bede Campus is also hosting a series of Holiday Activities and Food camps for those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). For dates and links to SEND camps, please scroll down this page.

Foundation of Light is delighted to have been chosen as Sunderland Law Society’s charity partner for 2026.
Sunderland AFC Director of Football Florent Ghisolfi and club legend Kevin Ball joined the Foundation of Light for a special event as the 2026-27 Premier League fixtures were revealed.
Year 6 pupil Jay Dixon-Porter has improved his attendance and become a lot more confident in school thanks to the help of Premier League Primary Stars, and has been recognised as a Wear 25 winner.
