North East fans win as hundreds raised for Together Through Sport

Fans from across the North East are celebrating after being named winners in the Together Through Sport prize draws, a regional campaign bringing clubs and communities together to make sure no child is left on the sidelines.

Delivered in partnership with organisations including Foundation of Light, Newcastle Eagles, Durham Cricket, Newcastle United Foundation and others, the campaign has not only captured the imagination of supporters, but has already raised thousands of pounds to help more young people access sport.

Supporters entered prize draws throughout the campaign for the chance to win signed club shirts, and now, winners representing each partner club have been confirmed.

Each winner will receive a signed club shirt, recognising their support for a campaign that is helping to break down barriers to participation and give more young people access to sport across the region.

Together Through Sport is part of a wider ambition to establish the North East as the UK’s first Region of Sport, using the power of clubs and community organisations to create real opportunities for local people.
