Le Bris backs Foundation's anniversary matchday
Sunderland AFC Head Coach Régis Le Bris is throwing his support behind Foundation of Light as the Club's official charity celebrates 25 years of changing lives.
Sunderland AFC legend Kevin Ball made a special appearance at Foundation of Light's Men's Pie Club this week as part of the charity's 25th anniversary Founders' Week celebrations.
The former Black Cats captain joined participants at the Beacon of Light for an evening of conversation, laughter and, of course, a pie or two!
Men's Pie Club brings people together in a relaxed and welcoming environment, offering an opportunity to socialise, make new friends and enjoy good company.
Bally, a long-standing friend and supporter of the Foundation, spent time chatting with members and hearing first-hand about the difference the sessions make.
The visit formed part of a special week of activity celebrating 25 years of Foundation of Light changing lives across the North East, ahead of Sunday's dedicated Foundation Matchday against Leeds United.
Watch the video below to see what Bally got up to and hear his thoughts on the visit and the Foundation's work.
