As well as being able to increase fitness levels, emotional health gets a great boost too for a person involved in Walking Football, not least self-confidence and self-esteem. Sessions will take place on the Beacon of Light's 3G outdoor pitches starting on Thursday 25th October (11am-12pm) and will be delivered by Foundation of Light's expert coaches. The first session is FREE for new players (then costing just £2.50 each week) and there is no need to pre-book, simply TURN UP AND PLAY.
