Wear4All

Making sport fun for everyone.

Wear4All is an inclusive programme delivered by the Foundation of Light, designed for both young people and adults with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).

Through the power of sport and leisure, the programme creates meaningful opportunities for participants to build social connections, develop confidence, and grow in independence.

We are proud of our flexible and inclusive approach, adapting every session to ensure that everyone can take part. As a diverse and welcoming organisation, we support individuals from all backgrounds. Our participants include people with Autism, ADHD, mild/moderate learning difficulties (MLD), social, emotional & mental health difficulties (SEMH), anxiety disorders, and physical disabilities.

At the heart of Wear4All is a commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment where individuals can engage in activities free from judgement or prejudice. We celebrate individuality and encourage participants to form friendships, socialise, and thrive beyond their usual school or home settings.
