Over 200 people attend conference on men's mental health with Game of II Halves
Foundation of Light’s Game of II Halves conference attracted over 200 people to join a discussion on the men’s mental health epidemic.
For the first time in two years, the Lambton Run returned to Wearside as participants turned out in their droves for the eagerly anticipated event.
The 10k race was won by Sunderland Harriers' Liam Taylor with a time of 34.40 while Tyne Bridge Harriers' Sophie Marr was the highest placed female with a time of 45.22.
All proceeds from the event, which is organised by Foundation of Light, will be used to help fund the charity’s wide range of sport and education-based programmes which benefit young people and families across the North East.
