Foundation Community Clubs offer young people with an opportunity to become part of a team, training weekly and playing in organised football competition as part of the Russell Foster League.

Although the Foundation Community Clubs are financially independent from Foundation of Light and each of our teams are coached by volunteers, we strictly govern the teams and volunteers are selected by a committee including the Foundation Community Club Chairman, Head of Coaching and Managing Director of Delivery.

Coaches are a minimum of FA Level 1 and hold up to date DBS and first aid qualifications.
