Season of success and growth for Female Football Pathway
Foundation of Light’s women’s and girls’ football programme enjoyed a season of unprecedented development and success in 2024-25.
"I was working as a Quantity Surveyor in construction in Cambridge but was made redundant. "I haven't really worked for two and a half years due to a life-threatening car accident and I'm looking for something to fill my time. "The Foundation is a fantastic cause and I'm happy to volunteer in any area which will not only help me but other people too."
James Ferguson, who is hoping to volunteer at the FoundationAlex Dunn, HR Officer added “volunteering is a great way to improve your skills and experience, all whilst doing something positive for your community.” “We had a great turnout from our first volunteers fair and hopefully we can help those people find the opportunities that they’re looking for.”
