Foundation of Light urges Sunderland AFC fans to ‘Show their Hearts’ to support our Heart on your Sleeve campaign.
SAFC players and participants on Foundation programmes have already got involved, and now it’s your turn to send in your photos for a chance to be featured on the matchday programme.
Heart on your Sleeve is a campaign aiming to encourage Sunderland AFC supporters to show their passion to help improve their physical and mental health.
Supporters are urged to come together to help and inspire one another to live healthier, happier lives.
Recent studies have shown that health inequalities in the UK are getting worse, with the gap between the North East and the South of England worsening.

Foundation of Light is asking supporters to submit photos of you ‘showing your heart’ as shown by the SAFC stars above. We would love to see how far reaching the campaign can get, so let’s see photos from across the region, with families and friends, and around the world.
Some of the best submissions will be featured in the matchday programme for our Foundation of Light Day.
Send us your pics to our social media accounts, or via email to: marketing@foundationoflight.co.uk
