Highlights of Gala Dinner

HRH The Countess of Wessex and Sir Bob Murray CBE joined SAFC players past and present as some of the biggest names from across the North-East turned out to show their support for the Foundation of Light, as the club’s official charity celebrated its 20th anniversary. Hosted by Sky Sports presenter and SAFC director David Jones at the Beacon of Light, with a performance by award-winning singer songwriter Emeli Sandé, over 500 guests celebrated the inspirational stories of Foundation participants who overcame adversity to live happier and healthier lives.
