Foundation CEO attends Ministry of Defence ceremony to pick up gold award
Foundation of Light Chief Executive, Lesley Spuhler, attended a special ceremony in York to pick up a Ministry of Defence award on behalf of the Foundation of Light.

The 10k starts at 10am, with the 3k off at 10.10am. PLEASE NOTE: The minimum age for the 10km is 15 years. There is no minimum age for the 3km however under 9s must be accompanied by an adult.
