Ha’way and Weigh
Ha'way and Weigh is our healthy lifestyle programme which focuses on long-term improvements in physical and mental wellbeing, weight loss and diet.
The programme is aimed at those who want to make positive lifestyle changes with like-minded people. The sessions are tailored to help beginners to gradually build up confidence, activity levels and overall wellbeing with the help of our qualified instructors.
Sessions cost £24 for a 12 session block. There are two sessions a week:
- Monday: 6pm-7.30pm
- Wednesday: 6pm-7.30pm
Participants will receive a healthy lifestyle booklet for them to work through as part of the programme.
Session Structure
- 45-minute physical activity
- 15-minute weigh-in and chat
- 30-minute drop-in to discuss any questions or get more information on the topics in the booklet (Optional)
