Ha’way and Weigh
Ha'way and Weigh is our healthy lifestyle programme which focuses on long-term improvements in physical and mental wellbeing, weight loss and diet.
The programme is aimed at those who want to make positive lifestyle changes with like-minded people. The sessions are tailored to help gradually build up confidence, activity levels and overall wellbeing with the help of our qualified instructors.

Boldon Community Association - Thursdays, 3:30pm-4:30pm
These sessions are FREE.
Session Structure
- 45-minute physical activity
- 15-minute check-in and weigh-in
- 30-minute optional additional check at the end of the session to discuss any questions or get more information from our qualified instructors.
