Inclusive weekly drop-in sessions aimed at those 16+ years and above with a wide range of mental health conditions, physical and learning disabilities, as part of Foundation of Light's SEND programme.

These sessions aim to provide the opportunity for the participants to engage in a variety of sporting of activities such as Football, Tag Rugby, Tennis, Cricket, Athletics and many more.
