Our weekly Saturday FC sessions provide those with disabilities (and their siblings) with an opportunity to develop and participate in small-sided games and fun activities within a safe and positive environment.

We offer a wide range of disability programmes to ensure young people and adults across the North East can enjoy sport, an active lifestyle and build friendships.
Our disability coaching team deliver fun, exciting and challenging sessions and activities which help develop gross motor skills, balance and coordination as well as encouraging teamwork, communication and confidence.

Working in partnership with Durham County FA and Sunderland City Council our Every Player Counts sessions are delivered weekly for young people and adults aged 16 years and above.
Provides young people who have a range of disabilities and learning disabilities with the opportunity to take part in a range of sporting activities including Football, Tag Rugby, Tennis, Cricket, Athletics and many more.
Come join us for fun games and free play sessions which have been designed to stimulate children and young people’s senses.
These activities also encourage their creativity and exploration of the world around them.

Businesses or individuals who want to learn more about working with people with disabilities. Eight modules to work through during two hour weekly sessions. Certificate at the end of the course.
