HR Advisor - Full Time

The Foundation of Light is seeking to appoint a HR Advisor to lead our HR function.

This pivotal role will champion our people strategy, ensuring our HR practices and culture align seamlessly with our new strategic objectives.

The HR Advisor will oversee the day-to-day delivery of HR operations, provide guidance across the organisation, and support managers to drive consistently high standards.

With the introduction of a new HR system on the horizon, the successful candidate will join us at an exciting time, playing a key role in shaping, implementing, and embedding modern processes that will positively influence the employee experience across the Foundation.

Youth Engagement Officer - Full Time

The Foundation of Light is seeking to recruit highly motivated individuals to join our Belonging and Social Connectivity team.

The successful candidate will deliver intentional one-to-one mentoring sessions and targeted group interventions tackling attendance, risky behaviours and physical/mental health barriers.

They will support targeted programmes addressing careers and academic performance with pre-NEET young people who are experiencing social isolation, inequality and community tensions.

Matchday Lottery Sellers

We are looking for outgoing, part time lottery sellers to support the sale of Ha’way and Play lottery tickets on home matchdays at the Stadium of Light.

We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, energetic and reliable and who are willing to interact with supporters.

Hours: On home matchdays, 3 hours (weekends and evenings)

Full training will be provided.
