Employability Coach - Full Time (35 hours)

The Foundation is seeking three highly motivated individuals to fulfil the exciting role of Employability Coach.

Through our pioneering facility, the Beacon of Light, it is the Foundation’s ambition to develop the education, employability and skills pathways for families across the region. 

The successful candidate will deliver on the Employability Programmes, engaging young people and adults in 1-2-1 mentoring and small group sessions to improve their prospects. You may also be asked to deliver on 19+ Adult Skills Programmes or Youth Skills Programmes.

You will have the ability to engage young people and adults who are economically inactive or unemployed, and to support them with moving closer to employment. 

The base for the post is the Beacon of Light, with delivery across Sunderland, South Tyneside and County Durham.

Matchday Lottery Sellers

We are looking for outgoing, part time lottery sellers to support the sale of Ha’way and Play lottery tickets on home matchdays at the Stadium of Light.

We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, energetic and reliable and who are willing to interact with supporters.

Hours: On home matchdays, 3 hours (weekends and evenings)

Full training will be provided.
