Family-run accounts business believes the Foundation of Light’s membership scheme fits the bill as they become our latest signing.
Stafford Accountancy is a chartered accountant firm, headed by Mark and Lyndsey Everett, based in Sunniside, Sunderland.
The pair are great believers in the work done throughout the North East by SAFC’s official charity and were keen to get involved through the Corporate Membership scheme.
Mark said: “From a community perspective, it is great to provide support to, and also be associated with, a fantastic local charity that provides such an invaluable service to people of all ages across Sunderland and beyond.
The Foundation has made such a positive impact on the lives of so many, it’s imperative that this continues particular in the tough times we currently live in. We are delighted to play a part in this, no matter how small.”
Following the retirement of Mark’s former business partner from the predecessor firm in August 2020, Lyndsey joined the firm from one of the industry’s large nationals.
Together, Mark and Lyndsey have driven the firm in a new direction, one which focuses on modern approaches and a digital mindset. Following a rebrand, the succession firm, Stafford Accountancy, was born.
The company came on board back in November 2021 and have enjoyed the opportunities the partnership has presented so far:
“The exposure that this support can bring to our business via networking opportunities and further brand awareness throughout the Foundation of Light is an invaluable asset to us as a business,” Mark added.
