Walking Football is a slower paced, small, sided version of normal football with certain rules that differ. It involves always keeping one foot on the ground whether on or off the ball and a great way for people over-55 to enjoy football and keep active.
It is very similar to an ordinary game of football which is adapted with different rules and smaller sided teams.
Sessions take place every Tuesday and Thursday at the Beacon of Light in Sunderland.
