First evening and weekend courses of new school year available to book

Foundation of Light’s evening and weekend football course timetable is now available for the new term.

After an activity-packed programme for the 2024 summer holidays, the ever-popular evening and weekend sessions are back for children of all abilities.

Our evening and weekend courses offer something for everyone, whether your child is looking to refine their skills to those just wanting to get out of the house and enjoy some fun, social, and healthy activity.

This term’s programme also features new Little Dribblers sessions at Wheatley Hill in County Durham after a successful trial.

Our courses kick-off on Monday 9^th September, and run until the October half-term.

Here’s some of what we have to offer this term:

1:1 Coaching - Receive specialist training delivered by our UEFA and FA-qualified coaches, aimed at developing specific parts of your game

Little Dribblers/Little Dribblers with parents - Give your child a chance to take to the pitch for the first time. Our coaches will help your child learn the basics whilst also having fun.

Wildcats – Inspired by the Lionesses? Our Wildcats sessions provide a great opportunity for girls to try football and improve their skills.

Skills Centre (5-7 years and 8-14 years) – Enjoy a session for all abilities with skill-specific drills and practices from our UEFA and FA-qualified coaches.

Soccer Saturday and Super Sunday (5-7 years and 8-14 years) – Perfect for those aged 5-11, not currently playing for a team and looking to develop their football skills in a safe and fun environment.

Cage Football – A session consisting of small-sided games where the ball doesn’t go out, with quick decision-making, lots of touches on the ball, brilliant for player development!

Evening and weekend courses are available to book now with prices from £21 per block booking (£3 per session).
