#FoLFightsBack with Weekly Challenges

The Foundation of Light has introduced a new weekly challenge for everyone to get involved in, to keep the North East active and healthy, as the nation moves indoors as a result of COVID-19. Each week, the Foundation will share a set of football skill challenges on its social channels, with each video featuring the award-winning charity’s top tips from its highly skilled and experienced coaches. Videos will be posted every Monday on the Foundation’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages. This week, there are two challenges –slalom and press ups. Both feature three levels so that all ages and abilities can take part in the activity.
