Following the popularity of the #FitForFoL lockdown challenge, Foundation of Light are bringing you a new challenge to keep you busy during the summer!
The GOGA Landmark challenge is a friendly team-based competition to encourage you to clock up the most kilometres while visiting landmarks across the north east.
The Foundation of Light have teamed up with Get Out Get Active (GOGA) and social fitness app GoJoe to offer a free distance challenge.
Friends, family, colleagues, and team mates are encouraged to walk, run, cycle or swim - in a friendly team-based competition to see which team can rack up the furthest distance or most points.
In doing so, we're encouraging you to tick off - in your team - as many landmarks in Sunderland and across the north-east as you can throughout the challenge, either virtually or in-person.
Anyone can join in the GOGA Landmark Challenge, the latest in the series of the popular #FitForFoL challenges to help raise money for SAFC's official charity.
You can create your own team
or join Black Cats’ players’ Luke O’Nien or Lynden Gooch’s team.
