Leading North East transport company OSE European will once again hit the roads of Europe to support Foundation of Light's latest cycling adventure.
More than 40 riders will take on the 305-mile 'Poland to Prague Challenge' in June, with OSE returning as logistics partner to transport bikes, equipment and provide support vehicles.
This summer's ride will be the fourth the Gateshead-based company have been involved in, after previously assisting Foundation riders as they travelled across Italy, Belgium and France.
Peter Hunt from OSE, said: "We are delighted to be returning as logistics partner for this year's international cycle challenge.
The Foundation's European cycle challenges are always very memorable and successful events and we are proud to be the charity's first choice for logistical support.
"OSE are strong supporters of our local community and continuing our support of the Foundation's cycle challenges is an excellent way for us to continue that."
Sponsored by Grafton Group Plc, the annual cycle challenges have raised more than £120,000 to support the Foundation's work within communities across the North East.
This year, the riders will cycle from Wroclaw in Poland to Czech Republic capital Prague over four days, climbing over 16,500ft while passing through some of the most historic towns and beautiful scenery in Europe.
Jemma Garrett, Events Manager at Foundation of Light, added: "When organising our international cycle challenges there is only one company we look to handle the huge task of events logistics and transport and that is OSE European.
"Our riders really appreciated having the support of such an experienced and respected company and we are grateful to have them back on board."
There are extremely limited places available on the Poland to Prague Challenge, with interested cyclists asked to contact call 0191 5515365 or email jemma.garrett@foundationoflight.co.uk to secure their place.
