OUR STORIES: BUDDING STAR NATHANIEL ON TARGET

After joining the Foundation of Light’s Little Dribblers sessions at just 18 months old, this opened up the door to so many opportunities for Nathaniel. Little Dribblers is a fun introduction to football and an ideal choice for parents who want to give their children a healthy and active start in life. Football-crazy Nathaniel embraced every challenge the sessions had to offer and he has progressed through the age groups. His potential has been recognised by coaches, so much so that he was included in an ‘invite-only’ session where his talent and ability stood out Nathaniel’s mam has been amazed by the impact it has had on him: “It has given Nathaniel a passion and something that will stay with him forever. I have great respect for the Foundation and the coaches. “They’re great with the kids and speak to them like peers, which is something I really value.” Little Dribblers is developed in partnership with Early Years professionals and teachers, and ran by our specialist coaches, this unique programme is also mapped to the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. The course ensures that youngsters develop interpersonal skills with other kids as well as having fun with a football.
