Foundation of Light bring those aged 19+ and not in employment a chance to gain experience, learn work skills, and ultimately find a job.

The three-week programme is aimed at people who are interested in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics as a career and offers a wraparound service that will not only provide pathways to employment but will support each individual through coaching and mentoring.
